My name is Julie Davis

I live in sunny Florida with my husband and three kiddos. We live on a small piece of land with two dogs, a horse, a little donkey, and a lazy barn cat we all adore!

I have been assisting in and managing offices for decades. I grew up helping in our family's floral business. This is where I learned the true value of people, how to multitask and how to work hard.

I enjoy helping others succeed and building relationships with people. I believe this is the most important aspect of being your virtual assistant. One of my main goals is for you to have the time to focus on what you love.

What's the process to get started?

Easy! Click on the Book A Discovery Call button, answer a few questions, choose a day and time so we can chat. In our call we will talk about the ins and outs of your business and how I might be able to help.

How often will I hear from you?

I like to check in weekly and also when milestones are hit for projects. You can reach out anytime during the week as well. I try to always respond quickly.

What happens if you get sick or take a vacation?

I will always give you plenty of notice for planned time off. If we are in the middle of a project, I will hand off important work to my team member and will verify work is up to your standards. I will also schedule any tasks while I am away.

If I am unable to perform my duties due to sickness, I will hand off tasks to my team member to ensure that there is no lapse. 

What if I need you for more hours? Are you available to work weekly also?

Absolutely! I have packages for weekly and monthly.
